Terminal Building HVAC Improvements
Provide a Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) responsible for onsite project planning and management for established initiatives within a project. As is the lead subject matter expert within the project regarding technology concerns. The reviewed proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. The Tech PM will work with the project team to ensure validation and testing across the agency.

(PHL) – Rehab Taxiway K, and New Construction of Taxiway K
(PNE) – Runway 94R-27L
(PHL) – Provide scheduling and estimating oversite and coordination for rehabilitating Taxiway K, parallel to Runway 9L-27R, and Taxiway J, adjacent to Terminal D. Work also includes the construction of a new Taxiway K2, connecting Taxiway K and Taxiway J, near Terminal D.
(PNE) – Provide scheduling and estimating oversite and coordination for rehabilitating Runway Taxiway L1 at the Northeast Philadelphia Airport. Major work items include milling, core drilling, underdrain installation, paving, and electrical demolition and installation.
